Cancellation Policy
Online Booking Policy – The Gentleman’s Chair Barber Shop By booking an appointment online with The Gentleman’s Chair Barber Shop, you are reserving a specific time slot and agreeing to the following policies: Punctuality Matters: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Arriving late does not extend the allotted service time. Your service will be completed within the remaining time available, and the quality or scope of the service may be affected by late arrival. No Call / No Show Policy: A no call, no show will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost. This amount must be paid before you will be allowed to rebook any future appointments. Cancellations: Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance will incur no penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to fees at the shop’s discretion. By booking online, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. These policies help ensure fairness, respect for time, and quality service for all clients.
